  • When requesting staff below, keep in mind that we recommend: 1 bartender per 50 guests, 1 waiter per 25 guests at a cocktail party, and 1.5-2 waiters per 10 guests for seated dinners.
  • At the very least, include the EVENT start and end time.
  • Typically the on-site contact--who the captain corresponds with. This is also for late or lost waiters. Include name, phone, and title.
  • EXAMPLES: Captain, waiter, bartender, chef, greeter, support staff, coat check, sanit/BOH (back-of-house), wedding coordinator, event planner, production staff, etc. You can add the word "model" before any of these to get a model at a higher rate. ***** NOTE: A captain is required at every event.
